Goal: Developement of the improvement method of Sn coating/CFRP joint by mechanical methods and chemical methods. Responsibilities:

  • Creation of a new processing method.
  • Mechanical methofs (two-step methods)
  • Chemical methods (Slian coupling agents)
  • Revelation of the bonding mechanism and delamination behavior.
